About

The Hall of Fame Series brings college basketball’s most elite men’s and women’s programs  to some of the sport’s most iconic venues in non-conference matchups in several of North America’s largest media markets.

Owned and operated by Position Sports since 2023 when the agency entered into a long-term agreement with the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame to produce multiple annual events, the Series has quickly established itself as one of college basketball’s premier early-season properties.

The Hall of Fame Series has been held at Madison Square Garden in New York, TD Garden in Boston, T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles as well as Phoenix, Baltimore, San Antonio, Charlotte and Toronto. Participating programs have included recent men’s national champions UConn and Florida, as well as 2024 women’s national champion South Carolina.

In addition to the highest-level college hoops action, the Hall of Fame Series aims to include a community component. From youth clinics, to health screenings and much more, community elements are built into the event, reflecting Position Sports’ commitment to leaving a positive impact in every city the Series visits.

In 2027, Position Sports and the Naismith Hall of Fame will produce the first ever basketball games played in Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. That doubleheader, featuring Duke, Indiana, Kansas and Arizona, will serve as a marquee run up to the 2028 Final Four.
